I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Victor decided to Tattoo a dick on my arm. which I payed him $600 cash for the Tattoo. I also filed a police report and contacted the Oregon Health Authority about it. I ended up buying my own Tattoo equipment on Amazon and covering up the work. Don't go to this place.

I got two tattoos here, a horse on my ribs and a tattoo dedicated to my mom. They both came out perfect and the service was amazing! I totally will be coming back and I think you should do the same. The prices were more then fair and he did an amazing job on my tattoos. Im beyond happy with my results.

The whole process went smooth, from booking, to communicating about the tattoo and the actual tattoo application. In a world where no one responds back or your on a 6 month to a year wait list I was so impressed with the timeliness of getting my tattoo done. Hanging out for 2.5 hours was great, time flew by and it was a great time. After care was spot on, I feel like he set me up for success. Super in love with my tattoo! Thank you! Service: Tattoos
