Absolute wise customer service and professionalism . I have called and spoke with these guys three different times. Never once, did the guy actually show up the second time. First call I told him I was looking to get my roof done completely hI also told him it was a two story and to bring a ladder, he came looked and said I have to go back and get my ladder. To my surprise, he didn't show back up OR answer my calls. I wrote on a comment on Facebook when someone tagged this company and I told them they were not worth the stress. One of the guys got in contact with me, was really nice and wanted to make it up to me. This time I wanted construction in my home, they came did the walk through told me he would think on the number for the bid. The guy, didn't even apologize for being a jerk, he instead told me he was "going through somethings and his kind was all over the place". Who makes excuses like this? Anyhow I called left several messages. Nothing. He finally writes me about 2-3 weeks later and says he will drop it off Wed, than when Wed approached, he said Thursday. Thursday approached, I texted and called, nothing. Still haven't heard from them. This is the absolute worse company period. People need help with things and want to pay, and they lead you up to disappointment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Called and was able to have them come out and fix a busted spigot. Super professional, super honest about their scheduling so I was left with an option to find something else if I needed to. It just happened they had an opening when I called. I couldn't be happier though because the quality of work is impeccable and the guys were so professional it was nice. I'll for sure get put on that waiting list for the rest of the stuff I've got going on. Thank you. Service: Plumbing fixture installation
