AG West Point S

Recently my air pressure warning light came on. Pulled in and we were greeted by Tim, who very efficiently removed and fixed the tire! We come from a background of customer service and Tim's was above and beyond. We will be getting tires for the Tundra this week and when needed , will be getting new tires for the Honda through them. Very friendly. Very kind.

The service was poor to say the least I went in to have the tires changed on my truck and from the moment I arrived to the moment I got the truck back it didn't go well. While lifting my truck up with the floor jacks the handle hit the door about 5-6 times I just watched and they didn't stop hitting the door till they saw me observing them. Once they got the truck in the air the jacks were not placed properly and the whole truck shifted as well twice it didn't fall but it was a hard shift like if it wasn't lifted from the proper point. While doing the tires I don't know if they were struggling or not but all I heard was profanity being yelled about bolts and the tire. Once the tires were on and they handed the truck back to me I left just wanting to get home and at the light I decided to get out and do a walk around and I noticed a scratch on one of the wheels and a loose bolt on one of the hub caps and it was not what I was expecting. I was trying to support a local shop I haven't been to before but I don't think I'll be returning. I've placed two pictures below as well.

I'm on a fixed income and they made it easy for me to get quality tires and excellent service, I'm a customer for life thanks guys you treat me like a queen.

This is a bad business with very shoddy management. I took my 2013 Honda to Point S for various maintenance. After $2,700, I had to gimp my car down the road to Salem Honda. They were able to fix Point S damage and “repairs” for another $4,500. I tried to speak to Mike, the manager of Point S, and was offered no resolution or even follow up contact. It felt like talking to a child. I tried to contact the general manager Paul Boss and received 0 response. Paul, this is just cowardly. Do not do business here. Mitch Miller
