        How is this place still functioning? Amazing when they do not respond to BBB complaints. And illegally tack on $6 late fees AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOUR WATER BILL THAT YOU NEVER GOT.

        Due to not being replied to ahead of time, after filing my first BBB complaint the lady with rickreall water leaves me a voicemail stating she will call me back once she talks with someone to see if she can email me my bill. She never did. I had another person call her and she disclosed my email and my BBB complaint to them. She then tells them she tacked on $6 for being late! And last time it was 25 cents! This is illegal what they are doing.

        Due to circumstances we had our water shut off late on Tuesday. We are renters and had no notice. The office is closed till the following Monday. When we managed to get ahold of a person she was very rude and very unhelpful. 3 days later and still no water and not sure who to contact.
