These folks did a great job removing huge shrubs and a tree from my yard. When they left the mess went with them. Would use them again.

They showed up early and knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote with details as to why a certain tree needs to come down.

Two weeks ago a representive from Cowboy Tree Services came out to my house to check out a couple of trees I wanted trimmed, he gave me a quote and told me it would be two weeks for them to get back to me with a time they could come back do the work. I said that would be fine because I needed time to let my supervisor at work know that I would need at least a day or two off so I would be home and for someone to pick my two nephews up from school if needed. I never heard back from them and when I tried to call them to try and schedule a day they could come to my house, the phone rang three or four times before it went to an answering machine. I left a message, but I never heard anything back from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone simply on their unprofessionalism towards potential customers.
