For a taxi company claiming “elitism” it took me threatening to call 911 for someone to answer. It took my knocking on their “headquarters” to elicit any response! As someone not local to roseburg by any stretch I have to say this is why Lyft and uber are popular. I will consult my bank to rescind my payment. I recommend any visitor of Roseburg to rent a car and sort out a designated driver instead of hiring either local taxi company!

I asked a simple question. How much would it be from umpqua bank atm across from goodwill. The dude I called was very rude. He said he doesn't know what one, I was trying to explain to him what one I was talking about. He was snobby and just plain out rude. He hung up on me. So I called again. He then immediately hung up. So of course me, I called again. I said I have one sinple question. He then said he is very busy agan very rude like.
