I hired Mr. Thompson to represent me in a serious felony case. Throughout the lengthy process of my case, Jason was honest, reliable, available, and candid; I was particularly pleased with his willingness to engage with my family and circle of support (a stark contrast to another attorney I consulted), which was important to all of us in a very difficult time. My case involved some difficult choices--particularly whether to fight or negotiate/plead--and I always felt as prepared as possible to make those decisions. I ended up pleading guilty to a lesser set of charges and received a probationary sentence that is extremely favorable compared to the presumptive sentence of numerous years in prison. It is easy for me to see how Mr. Thompson's work led to this outcome.
