My mom passed recently, and my brothers and I were going back and forth on who we were going to choose to take care of her and her services. ZERO doubt in our minds about choosing Virgil T they have been amazing! Andrew and his team are so welcoming and genuine and are very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had as our mothers request was to be cremated, he walked us through the process/different packages they offered and made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our mom and even upgraded us to a bigger viewing room which I did not expect but greatly appreciated since we had more visitors. Thank you, Andrew & Team for taking care of our mom I definitely recommend Virgil T 1000%!

God bless Andrew W. for your tender, compassionate, professional care in picking up my little sister when she passed at home recently. You walked us through the entire process and gave us all the time we needed with her before transporting her to Golden's. And to Lauren and Manager Andrew, thank you for your kind and professional service as well. We lost two members of our family in 10 days and the way you walked us through the process, lovingly cared for our family members and allowed all the time we needed as a family to say goodbye to my sister and uncle will be remembered always. Thank you!

I dont write a lot of reviews but I felt like I should since I wouldnt want anyone elses family to go through this!.The worst experience ever my grandpa was brought here because my family was unsure where to go after he passed and the service was the absolute worst they didnt even bother to show us the options on caskets they said the only available vehicle for my grandpa to have his last ride in was a mini van and that they would not work with another company to provide something else then when we asked what room the viewing would be in they said it was in one and then ended up having it in a tiny little room because apparently they double booked and during they process of my aunt and father trying to pick everything out the rushed them into making decisions because they said they had only set aside a certain amount of time and they were going over I just wish they could have been a lot title but more understanding and considerate since most people dont know what to do or how to handle things after losing someone so close to them.

They took excellent care of us during the hardest days of our lives. We had a stillborn baby girl and Lauren was so thoughtful and willing to help us with all our questions and concerns. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in need of their services.
