Brian had a vague contract, I questioned it he said he would do everything as discussed. They did a lot of damage with the excavator. Leaving huge ruts. The clean up was awful. I had Brian come out and he agreed they would come out Never showed up on the agreed day. He doesn't stick to his word. CAUTION

After service I noticed that they killed my Japanese Maple (dropped a branch on it) Also price went up on one tree as they said it was dangerous ??? Well that's their job, price went up $300, I contacted Brian to see how we could resolve broken tree, he said he would be by...never showed, called back talked to his dad (The Owner) he stated he was aware of it and that Brian would stop by next day, again NO SHOW or CALL, I have gave up..I don't recommend, will not use again based on price hike, service and response. Trees look OK but ??? could have been shaped better, they left all the low branch's (looked unprofessional and amateurish) You've been warned !! There are plenty of OTHER tree guys out there... They say they would call. They say they would schedule a tree removal for 05/19/21 through 05/21/21 those days came and went. Called a few times since and prior. No return or courtesy call back to me. Just not good business sense at all.

Great service, they where prompt and very professional. For the price the charge the over deliver ! I would highly recommend them.
