James came out to check our septic system the same day I called after another company recommended extensive expensive repairs. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem i. less than 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional. They are the best.

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! These guys installed a new septic tank and pump as part of a home purchase we made last year (on behalf of the seller). This year, we needed an inspection done for additional building, so we contacted them on 7/8. Played back and forth texting for 1.5 months with promises of when they'd come and how terribly busy they were. They ended up telling us that if we could dig on our own and "find the box", they'd come and do the inspection. So, we did because we were in a significant time crunch. Not being septic professionals, we punctured 2 lines in the process. We also dug up parts and pieces of the old tank that they ended up just tossing in the hole last year that we now have to dispose of. They sat an appt to come out on 8/22 and never showed and we have not heard from them since, after repeated attempts to contact. Now we are out over $1,000 to have another company come and do the inspection as well as to come and repair the lines we damaged trying to do their job for them to get ours done. All the while, we've had a large, stinky, s#! hole, wide open, in our back yard. Services: Septic system installation, Installation

Had our septic pumped through this dude. Could not provide receipt of service at the time. No big deal. We have our cancelled $850.00 check. However, we requested a receipt of service for the new homeowners moving in. This all occurred on April 2nd. It is now TWO MONTHS LATER. Two emails, and seven, maybe eight phone calls later, NO RECEIPT OF SERVICE. Even after speaking with James on the phone and he says "oh, yeah...send it out straight away"!! Very unprofessional in my opinion. Should have gone with our original choice of septic service and saved some cash AND this headache! I may be only one customer that feels like complaining but I'm one customer who won't be using him again, nor will I be referring his company! I WILL give 5 stars to Richard who came out. He was a cool cat. The owner? If it were an option, I'd not even give one. Customer service is king!
