Scam company Homeowners beware! Do not trust this company with your belongings or any restoration services. Charged over 18,000 for an water extraction and we had no water damage. We had a fire with smoke damage in our 1800sqf home this bogus company charged over $86,000 when the did nothing but removed the living-room ceiling (tried to re-move 6000sft of drywall without our permission and approval from our insurance company), removed installation in attic, and stood around starring into space. Absolutely stay away from this scam so called company! Homeowner beware!!!

This team is the best! I had a water all over my house that soaked into my wood floors and carpet. 911 Restoration was so responsive and made the process so easy. Missi from the financial department was amazing, she was extremely professional, laid out the whole insurance process and let us know that we were in good hands. I highly recommend them!

I dont know I wouldve done without them!!! I came home from vacation to find that my house has been flooded. Most traumatic experience Ive ever gone through! The project manager made the process so seamless from beginning to end. Thank you 911 and team for saving my home.

So pleased with their service! We had a water leak in our finished basement that covered the whole floor. It was a lot of water! Luckily the 911 Team was able to quickly extract the water to prevent more damage. They were so quick and professional. Will definitely call them again in an emergency situation like this!

**Update ** I was going to update the stars, but after seeing our last 2 reviews then were followed by multiple 5 stars back to back when they average 1 every couple months tell me there is some serious ethical and transparency issues here. Rich (estimator) called me the day this all happened and sincerely apologized. Missi sent me an email a couple days later apologizing... I really continue to have a bad taste in my mouth.. What a joke - we had water mitigation done back in August. Our insurance works at a snails pace... However, we were not aware that insurance had not paid and really thought by now (12/7/23) that things had been taken care. I get a call from Missi who tells me that they have not been in contact with my insurance and have not received payment. Due to this, they will be putting a lien on my property Dec 22, if no payment is received. She didn't tell me that an agreement between them and insurance had been made 1 week prior. I then email my adjuster and the other contact email she has which is my insurances law firm, I send them a scathing email, telling them this is not okay and demanding answers. The law firm responds that an agreement was made on 11/29/23 and that further action would not need to be taken. Missi responds that yes, an agreement had been made but that payment hadn't been received so, a lien would be applied if payment wasn't received by 12/22. So, come to find out - 911 restoration thought it was a good idea to scare the homeowner by reporting something which was not entirely true and notifying me that a lien may happen on December 22. Wow. Why wasn't a conversation had prior and why in the world would ANY business put a lien on someones property for something NOT the homeowners fault 3 days prior to Christmas.
