        We are so pleased with our new Furnace and Air Conditioner. The sales team was thorough, even sending out an installer prior to purchase to discuss various options for retro-fitting our existing venting to ensure we would be happy with the end result. On the day of install the team was prompt, pleasant, provided feedback on various aspects of the job to ensure satisfaction and left our home as clean as they found it. I highly recommend Western Heating & Cooling!

        Wonderful employees at this company. Got things estimate, scheduled an installed very quickly. Employees were very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. Very thorough and did everything correctly the first time. Would definitely recommend them for HAVC inspections, replacement and service.

        The follow up service of maintenance is a joke. They schedule appointments then don't show up. Something to consider before hiring them. I waited all day on a scheduled appointment and they called the last hour and canceled. They want the big install money but the small money for maintenance isn't worth it.
