I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the Amanda and her approach to working with customers to resolve employment issues with regards to candidates they have brought to the table. In my case, Normine Lombard did not properly vet candidates to confirm and assure that they have the proper qualifications. Furthermore, Normine Lombard does not take responsibility after 61 days of hire (one day past the contract date) which really isn't ample time to judge how a candidate is doing. This is simply bad business practice that leaves a really bad taste about Normine Lombard and how they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. My advice is to seek help elsewhere when finding top talent and DON'T pay for Normine Lombard services until your candidate has proven to be everything promised. This company is all about the buck... making money and passing the buck (problems) back to their clients. Since moving on I have found far better agencies and recommend others do the same.
