        We have a gas fireplace. Never knew it could be so spotless! Also was able to get the finicky pilot fixed. They are quite booked in the winter, but after a few emails I was able to get an appt. It was worth the wait. And very reasonable rates. My kitties (and us humans) are quite happy and warm again!

        On time, professional and knew what he was doing.  Repaired an older gas insert even though the original part was no longer available.  I was told they would rather fix than replace.

        I have heat!!! My gas fireplace is my source of heat. The service tech was very professional and friendly. He has made my holiday and I wish the same for his family. Thank You!

        I cannot even begin to explain the high level of professionalism I have had with this company. They show up, they are transparent and are worth every penny spent... Than you to Jason and his wife for accommodating my needs to be comfortable in my home Summer through Winter. I highly recommend for all to reach out to Sure Flame for any of your comfort needs..

        We needed an AC big time for the house. Sure Flame got us set up for installation pretty quick. The quote was very fair compared to other companies right now. They set us up with the AC system in a short time and everything is working great!
