I wanted to reach out to their public relations department, and they did not have that contact information on the website, so I called and got someone named Steve. Not only was Steve rude and unprofessional, but hung up the phone. Its honestly the companies loss. I would encourage leadership to coach their representatives on proper communication. The entertainment industry is one of the largest consumers when it comes to charter flights, and during a pandemic the ones who are financially stable can invest in exclusive travels. Especially in Television where you have to transport multiple cast and crew. Its honestly the companies loss, there are multiple charter companies who would benefit off the credentials and endorsements on the entertainment industry. Just a heads up to future customers to know what kind of service they might end up getting when they call.
