They recently installed a new metered system and were very kind in explaining what and why. Clipped back brush and were very tidy. Only issue is they threw the brush over my bank and now I have to climb down the hill to take to my burn pile. I did not expect them to haul away but perhaps add to my burn pile or ask and I would have done. Other than that tiny issue, they all have been great and service oriented.

So much for this Thanksgiving!! I scheduled time off and had friends visiting from out of state to spend time at our beach house which we have not been at in months. When my husband arrived ahead of me to get things set up for our out of of town and out of state guests we found that we had been locked out of our water for "nonpayment" yet when I pulled our bill it showed an $81.89 credit as of 10/11/19 and only 16 gallons of used through 11/12/19 with a $48.40 credit/over-payment still on our most recent bill due 12/10/19. Even worse, when we went to check about getting the lock off there is not way to contact seal rock until MONDAY after Thanksgiving weekend. Also they note that there is a $900.00 fine for cutting off the lock. I work 50 to 60 hrs a week and had been looking forward to getting away for months to spend time with my family and friends at Thanksgiving!! So thanks for ruining my vacation!!

Excellent and friendly customer service. The new automated meter system is fantastic. I was out of town when I was called to notify me of a water leak at my house.

Horrible horrible customer service. After my credit card was deactivated for fraudulent activity (which happens all too frequently these days), and I failed to notice the two months of declined payments in my emails, they turned my water off. I did not receive a shutoff notice, and they do not provide the simple courtesy of a phone call. Rather than spend 1 minute on the phone they will come out and turn off your water then charge nearly $50 to turn it back on. Every experience I have had with this company over the years has been negative.
