Jeremy Mills - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been with Jeremy Mills State Farm for about 6 years. Jeremy and staff are super easy to talk to and very responsive. We have had two total losses in this time and I cant sing enough praises about how fast and efficient State Farm is as a whole. A crappy process is made simple and easy. The most recent total loss happen when my freshman in college got into an accident. He is three hours away from home and was in a panic. When he called Jeremy Mils insurance, he spoke with Amy. She calmed him down and guided him through the process like she would have her own child. I am forever grateful for this! My son said she deserves a million hugs and gold stars for how much she helped him. Thank you Amy and Jeremy Mills!

My parents have had State Farm for decades since before the dawn of time, and with Tom Maltman/Jeremy Mills for 30 years. I had something to call Jeremy about, and even though I wasn't yet an individual client, Jeremy was super helpful and gave me lots of information. And, he had a policy that was over $100 less than other carriers. Nice guy that knows the ins and outs of insurance and excellent customer service even when he's just had to deal with difficult situations just prior to talking to him. Looking forward to having Jeremy as my insurance agent until he retires. :)

Canceled my coverage for using my full coverage insurance during an ice storm. Consistent errors in payment via app. I was not canceled due to missing payments. The quality of service has been terrible since Tom left...
