Sean Raffington of ROMDS property Services is not an honest person. All his addresses are either prior rental addresses or PO Drop Boxes. He will not return your money when you cancel your contract with him. expect to lose all your money if you hire him to manage your property.

BEWARE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give this company anything less than 1 star, I would. My partner and I enrolled our home in management services with Romds to operate as a short-term rental and it has been an AWFUL experience. Here's a list of all the problems we have had in a matter of 3 months: 1) Romds failed to finalize/file our short-term rental application with Tillamook County, after we as homeowners, had filled out our part. Tillamook County has since placed a moratorium on the issuance of new STR permits, so we are out of luck now. Romds refuses to admit to their mistake, or even discuss it. 2) Romds proceeded to rent our home as a STR anyway, even without obtaining a proper permit, or posting necessary signage. 3) Romds has failed to provide any sort of legitimate online portal/system through which we as homeowners can see reservations, determine nightly rates, and most importantly GET PAID. 4) Romds has failed to provide any sort of accounting statement or pay us for the times they did rent our home, and they refuse to discuss it. 5) After 2.5 months of "onboarding", Romds finally sent us a URL to a listing for our home on AirBnB. OH MY GOD. The pictures were horrible, and there were FIVE misspelled words and THREE grammatical errors contained in five sentences. It was a joke. 6) Nobody will answer your phone calls when you reach out as a frustrated customer (specifically Sean Raffington, CEO). You will be lucky to receive a short and misspelled email once or twice a month that does not address any of your questions or concerns as a homeowner with specificity. Sean, the owner of Romds, is impossible to get a hold of, and has done literally nothing to correct any of his mistakes. He is either the most incompetent business owner I have ever encountered, a flat out criminal, or both. Avoid this business at all costs. And if they post a response to this review because they are desperate to repair their reputation, IGNORE IT. We have done everything possible to be patient and understanding as homeowners, and they have failed us at every turn. Save yourself the headache and the money. Take your business to someone reputable.

I have always been more than happy with their quality of service. They are extremely reliable when it comes to being on top of things and taking care of the maintenance and repairs at my apartment. I have never had any problems with them.
