Ordered a starrett scribe with pencil adapter and pencils. Got a call from a very nice lady at the store informing me that the pencil adapter I ordered was on back order, but they had another one in stock that would work just fine with the pencils I ordered! After agreeing with the substitute, they shipped my package the same day and it arrived 2 days later. Couldnt be happier with the scribe or with the outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!!

filled out the form on their web site requesting that they contact me for assistance in ordering supplies from them, sent pictures of my issues, etc, but never received a single response. disappointing customer service

They admittedly (via email) do not know what's in their inventory and no not know how to use their eyes to see an obvious difference in products, that look completely different, and have an entirely different name. I swear someone at this place is still waiting on a fax to send, and an AOL email to clear dial-up. Got a project to finish on time? Shop elsewhere.

I dont do log stuff much but I do like to camp, hike and cut firewood for those things. You guys had three of the Gransfors-Bruk Small Forest Axe(s) in stock on your website and I swiped one up as soon as I saw that. These things are hard as hell to find right now and basically unobtanium because of COVID and shipping from Sweden. Axe came very quickly, even for coming from Sheridan to Vancouver, and its a BITCHIN axe. Thanks guys. Sheridan is a nice town too, stopped in many times on my way to the beach or the coast range to go camping.
