Brent Satern - COUNTRY Financial representative

I recently switched to Country Financial. I was in a bit of a time crunch, and Brent & his team went above and beyond getting us set up in such a short amount of time. Not only was he kind & responsive, but he took the time to explain and answer my endless questions. He was able to save me a significant amount of money while upping my coverage, which is also nice. While i'm hoping i'll have minimal contact moving forward (knock on wood) I feel confident that Brent would be easy to work with and nothing but helpful should I need to file a claim in the future.

Country continues to deliver and makes you feel like you're apart of the family. I love the ability to call up Mr. Satern with any concers or questions and he will always be at the ready. Not something you can say about the online companies. Its all about people and making those connections. I highly recommend this establishment.

Brent is the real deal. He and his office staff worked hard to get us a great price with personal service. We have been through too many insurance woes with the online companies, so decided to go with someone who is actually local, and who will actually pick up the phone when we call. They saved us money, and I feel very comfortable knowing exactly who I'm dealing with. Not to mention, Brent and his team always step up to support local events, charities, and community causes. I can't recommend him enough!
