We had a really great experience with them. I called Monday and let know we had broken the lid to our septic tank and needed service ASAP. After making sure it was safely covered for the time being they sent someone out on Wednesday the same week. Jerimaiah came out and pumped both of our septic tanks and inspected them. He let us know of the wear we had and what maintenance we needed to perform. He knew where we could get replacement lids locally and gave us information on reccomended pumping time frames. We haven't ever had such great service from our septic company.

After 4 days of unsuccessfully trying to clear house drain lines leading to my septic system, I called Farmers Septic Co. Jeremiah arrived at 4:30 on Christmas Eve. !!! Working in the dark with headlamps, he drained my tank, found the reason(s) for the plugging of the line and cleared that. He cleaned up impeccably. He also identified problems with the pump which is now 21 years old and referred me to a couple of people who do these kinds of repairs. I called the office again to see if they had any records of the kind of pump. I got immediate and cheerful assistance with this inquiry including transmission of records which do show the make and model of the pump. I did not end up ordering services from Farmers (no tank pumping was ultimately required.) But I wanted to call out the excellent experience I had with the person staffing their phones. She took the time to explain what proper tank operation looks like in great detail, and ultimately helped me to resolve the issue I was facing. When I eventually need to order septic tank services this will be my first call.
