        Our power went out earlier today (as did many other houses in our area) and we ended up being some of the last people with our power still out when everyone elses had been restored. I called SUB and got connected with a representative immediately who took my number and after I hung up I promptly got a phone call from a SUB worker. Not one, not two, but THREE trucks showed up to help turn our power back on. It took them no longer than 5-10 minutes to get the power up and running. I want to thank SUB and their efficiency during this power outage. Yall are amazing!

        I was out of power for 13 days , I live by Briggs middle school, the whole neighborhood, looked like a tornado hit it, thank you sub and the crew who came from Ashland, Oregon to help us. It's Was amazing how FAST, it was all fixed, I was a child, here during the the big snow, in the 60s.THAT was bad

        Like thousands of others, it's day 8 of being without power. We are in a national emergency and Springfield Utility Board has been CLOSED the entire weekend! I've never witnessed such incompetence. No info about when my power will be restored. Nobody answering phones. When do we start picketing their office? Time for a change of board members. Vote these scum buckets out!
