Universal Comfort Heating & Cooling

Assigned by my home warranty company. Wouldn't answer calls from me or their customer service line. Have been without AC for about a month so far.

I hope NO ONE has to deal with this company. Their workers are rude and incredibly unprofessional. We’ve gone weeks without heat in our house because of this company. No communication and no time frames given for the day and constant reschedules where they just don’t even show up, this is hands down the worst company i’ve had to work with and i DO NOT recommend them to anyone, STEER CLEAR. The general consensus of these reviews say the same thing, perhaps this company should read some.

Unreliable and horrible communication. Assigned to us by home warranty. Went 9 days without scheduling an appointment to diagnose our air conditioner even though I spoke to him directly twice. First time said he’d get around to it when he could. Second time said he couldn’t schedule me while on the phone with me, but would text and then never did. He told our warranty company we had an appointment when we didn’t and then stopped answering my calls and never returned my voicemail or text.

Home warranty place called him to do a job. He decided he didn't want to do it but didn't inform either the customer or the home warranty place so the job could be given to someone responsible. Inexcusable!
