At first glance, the place looks nice - looks are deceiving! But when visiting a relative here, found their room to be absolutely filthy. Carpets horribly stained, the room reeked of urine and the bed was in a dilapidated state.

I moved my mother in here a month or two ago and she is loving it! They keep a clean facility and the staff are very caring. They helped us get everything in order to move her and and check on her all the time to ensure her comfort. The room she got was well maintained and they come in to tidy weekly. The meals are fair and they keep some fruit and sweets out for everyone.

I went in the other day and met the marketer and she was amazing. Her tour was complete and the building looked wonderful with the new updates they are making!!

They are always out of food for seniors they are not taking care of them they are mean to seniors and they have no voice to speak where can I go to help these seniors there rooms and also meds are being given to them when needed are not they need there meds and help them pleasenote meds are not given when needed
