Whoever is working in medical records on 01/19/2023 at 4:40 ish this evening is by far one of the rudest humans I have spoke to at this hosipital. She was very condesending she didn't listen to the questions that were asked of her and then when I corrected her she told me to call back when I had a better attitude and hung up on me. I am a new mom who was trying to figure out what document I needed for social secrutiy because I havent received my daughters social security card and it has been three months.

I was in the ER on Saturday afternoon, of course I was sick along with everyone else there. The whole staff was dealing with their own illness, a crashed computer system, and a packed ER. They were so caring, courteous, and professional regardless of the lousy treatment they were receiving from patients. I was impressed with their whole department. I can't compliment them enough for everything they were trying to do.

I visited recently and had a very good visit. I was in an out of my appointment quickly and the hospital staff were very friendly and helpful getting me checked in. They also still require masks and take covid protocols seriously so that was refreshing to see given that healthy and safety is important at a hospital, overall a really good experience.

Got us in and out super fast and they were super friendly. Did all their tests, got swabs for RSV, X-rays, and everything else we needed within 40 minutes.
