If I could take that star away I would. Please any good people no matter how desperate you are stay away from theese people they are nothing but corrupted crooks.I have had dealings with theese people for years and the things I know .Are better left unnsaid if I want to keep my health and the health of my children.I pray for you Steve and Glen that someday all the criminals you use to intimidate and rob innocent people dont turn on you and do the same to you and yours. You have hurt many innocent people for your own greed. When you meet your maker they will be there with him.You beter hope they will forgive you...I must so That I may be forgiving more my sins. But a lot of those people arent as big a sinner as me. I'd be praying if I were you.

Called them this morning and there answering they are no longer in property management. That's strange as I went down there and walked in and talked to them in person. My granddaughter was renting an apartment through these people. One of those rent adjusted by income ones. Nothing but problems. She had been working part time and needed her rent reviewed every month. So this new guy starts there, lets call him mr. D, was never there and never would return her calls. So when she finally got him he says he needs not only full price based on her income but now wants the two months prier at full price also even though she wasn't working full time then. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $1800 on top of her rent of now $460. Now she has to move out and that bill will follow her as until it gets paid. I don't think she is the only one. So I asked mr.D why he is hounding all the people out of his apartments. He started yelling for me to get out. Touched a nerve I guess. Do not deal with these people for your rental needs. It will not be a good outcome for you. So, the rent is paid but they show up a day and a half early to do an inspection anyway. When I bring this up with mr.D his reply was get out of my office. Very professional mr.D. I have have no interaction with anyone else so I'm sure that they can fill your home buying needs. I just have a problem with their appt. management skills. But then again according to their answering machine they don't do that any more?

My Mom used them for a few years. Their lack of professionalism caused my sister and I to advise Mom against using them. But she stuck with them. They were the property managers for a rental of Mom's. The renters moved out last month and upon inspection, we see they had a dog when they were not supposed (damage to the kitchen). The washer and dryer are missing. Who took them? The remote to the garage door opener is missing. The screen door bracket has been ripped off causing damage to the door frame. The carpet is damaged (from the dog?). One light fixture has been destroyed. When we went to get the keys and officially end the relationship with Signature, we were told that the furnace was acting up so they turned it off. Low temperatures at night were below freezing, but they shut off the furnace. No cleaning deposit, no compensation for damages. Most of the time, Mom leaves a message and never gets a response. I don't know how they can continue in a small town where people should all know what Signature is all about. My fiance want's to file a small claims as well as a complaint to attorney general for elderly abuse. The people at Signature should not be allowed to be in business. In my opinion, Signature robbed my Mom for years.
