Cheap and money saving store

One time while visiting this store, an employee ran into me with a display rack. It knocked me completely onto my side. The employee did not offer to help me up and I was not offered an incident form to fill out. When I called to talk to the manager, she said that she would look at the video and call me back. When she called me back she basically called me a liar. She said that she saw nothing in the video. She faulted for not knowing the name of the employee that did it but the employees don't wear name tags. When I asked why I wasn't given an incident form to fill out, she said that the store doesn't have an incident form. Although I was violently knocked onto the floor, she tried to minimize the situation. "When you go shopping, don't people bump into you all the time?" I said, "What if I was pregnant?" She said, "You could of been 100 years old and it would of been a problem." I wrote a letter to the owner, asking that employees start wearing name tags and I never heard anything back. To this day, the employees still don't wear name tags.
