We have a sump pump under the house that failed. Shawn, although very busy this late winter, was able to schedule the repair and inspect and troubleshoot the problem. He gave us an estimate for two methods of repair for us to select. Once we decided the specific repair we wanted, he ordered the needed parts and scheduled the repair. When the part finally arrived, Shawn came out that afternoon and did the repair. He was on time, and made the repair quickly and efficiently.. He was true to his estimate and even offered a Veteran discount. We are very satisfied with the service Shawn (Prodigy Plumbing) provided, and feel he charged a reasonable rate.

I had Prodigy plumbing install a new water heater. They were on time and very efficient. Will call them for any plumbing I may need done in the future.
