Action Irrigation

After having Action Irrigation come out to do repairs earlier in the year they left the pipes exposed. I had to cover them with a brick. They overcharged ($500) for a timer and three celliniods after having a long conversation about not using an expensive timer. They claimed that damage was done by the landscaper which happened to be me.When called back out to repair a leak on the exposed pipes they dug this hole and said they couldn't do the repair today. They gave me no time for scheduling on the repair and left the hole as is.When called to ask when they would be coming back I was told "soon." I pressed the matter and got "next week" after being talked over repeatedly which got me upset. Finally they said they would come on Monday but wouldn't come back before that to fill in the hole they left behind.Because I expressed my disappointment (I admittedly lost my cool at this point) and did curse once they refused to come back to do the job. In ten years of being an HOA president I have never had a business do such a poor job and be so unwilling to basic safety protocols.Don't use this company, it's not worth the liability...To be clear: All I asked for was to have a schedule and to come back that day to fill the hazardous hole Action Irrigation left behind. I cursed once (f’ing) and was never directed at the owner. My ire was justified by the lack of responsibility, poor work, and the fact that I had to pull teeth to get an actual date for the return to perform repairs. When the owner said he would not come back I hung up the phone. The conversation was heated. I never “screamed.”

After responding to their Craigslist ad, we were given the run around for almost a month. Applications, extensive rental history, etc. Then we were told, after calling time and time again, that they would not have anything available for atleast 2-3 months. Of course, I had to dig to find this information out myself because no one returns your phone call. After a few minutes of confusion, I politely said that if there was still an ad on Craigslist, to please take it down. This comment cause Lyna to hang up on me in an aggressive manor. This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere.
