When I dropped off my Uhaul truck, I locked my phone in it and put the key into the drop box. Panicked, I called the owner who answered after hours and offered to meet me there to help me. Such an act of kindness. He went out of his way to solve a problem for a customer. Highly recommend this company.

I got a discount for giving a good review...but now that i'm out. MY REAL REVIEW. I would give 0 stars but it won't allow me. Nails and Screws on ground all the time (be careful) They tried to charge me to clean up my totally destroyed unit after the fires, When I was moving the light above my unit was out. I called and messaged them 4-6 times and it took about 4 MONTHS for them to change it. The rent has been steady raising and the services are less and less..now the call center is outscored where as it used to be on site. My review..Pick a different storage option.

Somehow they lost two checks in a row while making several accounting errors and resorting to other loathsome gouging tactics like a $20 "check processing fee" (For checks they "lost" and have not even cashed yet!).Two letters, four calls (each time with a different person) and over two weeks later I have yet to hear back from someone in management or accounting as my unit remains locked and unavailable...This is not simply irresponsible. They know what they are doing trying to force me into auto pay. They are CORRUPT. And GREEDY; rates went up 50% over the past five years. BEWARE.

Total classists. Wont even consider storing your boat or rv unless its less then 10 years old cause apparently your money isnt green if you buy second hand. I suggest you store somewhere else and not contribute to the growing problem of goods and services that were once available to everyone becoming services reserved for the 1%
