We had a small mold issue. They came out to look at it the next day and gave a quote that same day they came out. I accepted it, was told they come back out in the next two days to start the work. Then nothing. I called them about four days later, the phone rings and rings but not voicemail or answering service. I have tried several times with the same results. I don’t know what happened. But I can recommend them.

Professional, friendly, flexible. Not only did they do a beautiful job and clean up after themselves, but they also did some TLC to fix damage the plumber did to the new floor and re-installed the peg board enclosure the plumber removed and left in pieces on our deck. It was a challenging small space to work in, and they stayed positive & upbeat. Outstanding customer service!!

Very respectful, helpful, and resourceful crew. They do a fabulous job on both mitigation and reconstruction sides. Adam and jared are both good bosses and always willing to go the length to help you out.

We had a water line break while we were at work and came home to a flooded house. These guys showed up within an hour of us calling our insurance to begin the headache of filing a claim. They moved quickly to get our stuff out and dry up the mess to try to mitigate the damages. We liked them so much we decided to keep them on for the restoration as well. Communication with the head of the restoration department (Jared) was always great. He was a really nice guy who would come out of his way to our home on days that he was scheduled elsewhere to talk through any questions about the project. The drywall had to be cut out and patched - they did a stellar job - no weird lines where new and old pieces meet. Blended so well. We are happy with our finished result - I would recommend this crew to someone in the same situation. It made a nightmare situation a little bit better.

Adam Miller at Puro Clean was sent to my home by my insurance company to perform water damage mitigation and repairs following a water heater leak in 2014. I recently started to notice sagging in the bathroom floor where the original damage occurred & hired another contractor to assess. They discovered multiple issues where either the work was performed incorrectly or not completed at all: The insulation was never replaced under the house and the vapor barrier was left cut open. Improper joining of the old and new flooring underlayment created a stress point in the bracing where the floor is now sagging along that repair seam line. After reviewing my original insurance documents I discovered the much larger issue was that there never should have been a seam in the first place. Mr. Miller was paid to replace the entire floor, but instead chose to replace only about half of the square footage. I have contacted Mr. Miller to request a refund for the work he was paid for, but failed to complete. He did not respond. Homeowners beware, you are required to a file a CCB complain within 1 year of the completed repairs. If you have Puro Clean (or any contractor) perform work at your home, have an independent inspector inspect the work when the job is complete. Even the repairs I have now had to pay for out of pocket have not fully corrected the issues that Mr. Miller created by failing to perform the original repairs he was paid for.
