        As someone who has used many plumbers in his time, I want to give kudos to Alchemy Plumbing, both for the people who arranged for the plumber to come to our house prepared to deal with the things that I needed done, and for Kevin, who is a pleasant, knowledgeable plumber who did what I asked for quickly and very nicely.         My need was to fix a persistently running Toto toilet. After the initial "fix" the problem reappeared. Alchemy sent the tech right back out to troubleshoot the issue and figure out the fix that would work. They were very responsive and easy to work with.
