Tim and his subs built our two-story addition and remodel. Despite the pandemic and wildfires of 2020, they handled the project in a way that protected us and the workers from Covid 19, smoke, and construction dust. Tim was a joy to work with, demonstrating expertise in the technical and management aspects, great taste and vision, and transparency in financial matters. We had Tim Martin and his crew remodel the kitchen and living / dining areas of our late 70's era home. We vague ideas about "opening the space up," but Tim brought the vision to life. He had concrete ideas about which walls to take down, how to maximize natural light and reorganize the kitchen to be functional and beautiful. His crew is extremely conscientious and skillful. You can trust them to take care of your home while you're at work. Tim managed the subcontractors skillfully and the project moved at the projected rate and on budget. Martin Fine Homes will always be at the top of our list for remodel/construction projects.

We have worked with Tim and his crew twice now on major remodels and recommend them highly! Their work is of the highest standards and is completed incredibly efficiently! We have renovated homes with other contractors in the past and cannot emphasize enough that finding quality, creativity, and efficiency in one contractor team is very rare!! We were thrilled Tim agreed to work with us the second time around on a new property. Our renovations would not have been nearly as successful without his team! Martin Fine Homes is the best!!

We contracted with Martin Fine Homes to tripple the size of our deck and add a stair case to our lower deck/back yard area. We were impressed with the quality of work and were given numerous positive comments on the project.
