Towne Pump

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went into the office the other day to get two propane tanks filled. I was told by the blond ponytail attendant that he would get to it when he could and proceeded to walk away, I was the only one at the station and it was after 12pm the time I was told to come for propane. I got back into my truck and drove to Soyers Landing where they were more than happy to fill my tanks. I will never go to town pump for propane ever again. The same attendant has also refused to help me put the heavy tanks into my vehicle on a previous visit.

Great gas. My kia seems to love it. Good price at a gallon considering the cost of a barrel under our countrys current administration. Friendly pump attendants too. Need propane? Get your nozzles ready. Towne Pump has got you covered.

Extremely rude gas pumpers. I was yelled at to move while getting directions by a gas pumper. I will contact the owners about this- I have waited in line at this gas station many times and never have I ever seen the gas pumpers yell at anyone to move. I am pretty sure the kid did it because I am a woman. I've spent a lot of money at this gas station, and I'm really upset at how rude this guy was to me today

I love the convenience of having a gas station in our little town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some days, it takes longer to get propane, but when we have to leave the bottles there, the staff watches and makes sure the bottles stay put for us. Good people here!
