Camp Lolo

Ordered a product on May 19th and now June 13th have yet to get any shipping update, useless to call their phone number as it sends you to message and no one calls back, emailed company with no luck either. Poor customer service and now out over $100. Think twice before purchasing from this company.

Phillip, Drew and team have done some major work on upgrading my truck this past year. Everything was explained clearly. Everyone at Lolo was really helpful describing the work to be done, giving me realistic timelines, possible options for work to be done, addressing my concerns and doing incredible work that made it a pleasure to work with them. My truck project turned into something WAY better than I could have imagined. Thank you!!

Ordered a tent online from them and drove from washington to get it installed,the interactions on the phone were great up until I paid for my order then it was underwhelming to say the least. Arrived Saturday before they opened and waited, Phillip arrived around 9:45 and didn't offer any kind of greeting, so we waited until posted hours to walk in to start the install.. the two hours we were there I tried to get some help and everytime I seemed to be bothering the guy.. got what I wanted the install was good but I won't be back, I would much rather give my money to people with a personality that want to have repeat customers.* I downgraded my review since the response(only on here never directly) I got was an excuse. Then the audacity to ask me to reach out. I'm not going to beg you to make it right dude you have my email,you have my phone number don't offer some lip service on Google to make it look like you wanna keep a customer,contact that person then make amends. The whole rating and review could of changed, but what you did instead was a pathetic attempt to preserve an image. What you didn't do was try.
