        Tom helped me with a complex and messy custody battle. He was always fair minded towards my ex and helped a great deal is a timely resolution. I appreciate him and his office for everything they did for me. I come from attorneys, (father/grandfather) and Tom is one of the greats. Noble in heart, fair towards opponents, tenacious towards goals, and realistic in expectations. For the quality of their services, they could charge more.

        My first legal experience after losing my mom was with Snell. It was an eye opening experience with legal aid, and mind you not a good one!! I was charged $850.00 for a less than 1 hour consultation & totally worthless . Well you know what is said about the wolf in sheep's clothing.

        I contacted Thomas Elliott for some legal assistance just over a year ago. During the course of the last year, Tom helped me with 4 different cases. Tom always had my best interest in mind, even if it meant he would make less money. Tom took the time to explain the law to me in a way that I could understand. He was always available when I had questions, and his staff was more than helpful when needed. I hope I never need to hire another attorney in my life, but if I do....I'm definitely calling Martin, Elliott & Snell!

        I must say that this Law Firm has totally exceeded our expectations from the moment we contacted them until the very end... You know the difference between a Lawyer and a rattle snake in the middle of the road their is a skid mark in front of the snake...!!!! Well let me tell you in this case there is a skid mark in front of this Lawer...!!! All jokes a side we really appreciate all Sue & Kelly did for our Family...!!! They made the process extremely easy and pain free guiding us through every step of the way.. In no way did they over charge our Family in fact we fill they were worth 5 times as much...!!! We want to personally thank each and everyone of you for your Hard Work and sincere Kindness for all the hard work you helped us with...!!!
