Worth every penny! It’s rare to connect with a coach who is so effective in such a short amount of time. I had the pleasure of working with Lori when I hired her to help me prepare for my job search and land my inspiring new position. Lori coached me through every step of the process and I was particularly grateful for the training in behavioral interviewing. Lori’s coaching helped me, not only to get my foot in the door, I was able to successfully tie my resume results with exceptional examples that I used to show multiple interviewers how I would perform in the future. Rush Mentoring found me an assistant by advertising the job and handling all the interviews. I avoided the email clogged with weak applications and the time sink of interviews. Lori talked with me before posting the job about the nature of the work and the type of person and personality I wanted. She narrowed the pack to the best 3. What a hassle she kept me from having to endure. The person I hired has proven top notch, better than the people I hired before her. Some people say they need help in their business but they don't have time to hire. The best answer is hiring Rush Recruiting. I'm always telling small to medium businesses who don't have a HR dept that they should outsource the work to Rush Mentoring. It will keep them out of the courtroom and jail! Rush Recruiting & HR has been a lifesaver for our fast growing company. Anytime I have an HR and/or Hiring related question, I email Lori and she gets back to me right away. I don't know what I would do without her!

I recently met with Lori to assist a family member find a new job. I was very impressed at how confident Lori was in this field. I left the meeting feeling very confident myself at the prospects for them. Her confidence rubbed off. Our company has a need for her services as well and I felt very comfortable utilizing her expertise to help us weed through the stack of applicants we have and ask the right questions. Small businesses like ours simply does not have the experience or expertise to ask the right questions. Lori simply does. I recommend her highly.
