DO NOT go here. I have waited for hours to get a room just to get in the room and them immediately turn me away because apparently severe dehydration isnt an emergency even though I have a chronic illness. I asked for a patient advocate and instead they came in and just gave me discharge papers anyways. They do not care about their patients. I have NEVER been turned away for needing fluids. Go literally anywhere but here.

This hospital is awful for children! (unfortunately our pediatrician sent us heredue to the close proximity to our housefor a child X-ray). The check in process most closely embodies the DMV experience more so than any other medical facility I have ever visited. Our child had a high fever and was needing an X-ray to rule out pneumonia. This clinic couldnt care less that he was visibly unwell and that he was a young child. The front desk receptionist signed us in after waiting in line, gave us a pager, only to then later be called back to a desk to sign in again. This clinic has no sense of time or normal medical protocol. The attendant at the second sign in desk was only concerned about herself and had no awareness of a very sick young child. I gave my insurance card and ID, yet youd think I was embarking on a flight to space given the time we spent with the check in process and bizarre questions, such as whether I was employed full time or not, etc. (I have insurance coverage, gave her the cardso why the random ancillary questions no other facility has ever asked?? It was like the receptionist thought she was uncovering some fraud or something). The situational awareness was shockingly bad for a medical employee (or any employee for that matter). Our son was wearing a mask due to his cough and he was visibly unwell with a high fever. More examples of the lack of situational awareness came as the receptionist kept on asking dated Covid questions. I told her he tested negative for Covid, yet there were questions about traveling internationally where Covid was prevalent, whether he had Covid symptoms, etc. Our son was getting an X-ray to rule out pneumoniahe had an obvious coughwhere is the common sense?! Yes, he had Covid symptoms but tested negative, as I told the receptionist at the beginning.. We were at this awful clinic for a darn X-ray to be read by our sons pediatrician, yet this hospital treats you like your time doesnt matter and that being a medical receptionist somehow gives them the right to not have any manners and ask as many irrelevant questions as they see fit. After the awful experience of getting treated like we were somehow trying to avoid paying for the visit or as if we were giving a fake insurance card, we then went to a busy hallway to wait yet again. Nobody gave us any courtesy of an indication to how much time it may be before we would actually get our son the chest X-ray. This clinic needs a major wake up call, as their thoughtless and senseless DMV experience is not welcome-especially for children. It would appear that nobody working thereat least of the folks who we interacted withenjoyed their job or cares about patient care. The clinic managers also dont seem to care because we shared this feedback without any requests for follow up. The X-ray tech himself was a normal clinician, so I generously am rounding way up to 2 stars. If you dont enjoy the DMV or if you have young children who need medical care, Id recommend avoiding this place. (Id literally drive for over an hour for other options, but luckily that is not required)
