Massey, the company president, has personally come to my office to confirm our satisfaction and ensure that our needs are being met. In fact, I have been so pleased that I added a similar filtration system in my home. I highly recommend HAaW to anyone looking for the best water, from a company that cares about their customer's satisfaction.
