We needed a home inspection done on fairly short notice and NorWest was able to work with our schedule and at a fair price. Lynn did a very thorough job and the report is detailed, easy to understand, and plenty of pictures...all of which helped our purchase negotiations. Lynn and Judy were awesome to work with and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Judy and Lynn went above and beyond for me! It was my first home buying experience and boy was I inexperienced. Lynn Niderost is about as thorough as a person can be and just the kind of guy you want for inspecting any property you intend to purchase. His years of experience in all phases of construction are what make him able to spot issues in all areas, details large and small do not escape his eagle eyes and know how. He will discover and uncover the information you hire an inspector for. A personable fellow, he is backed by his uber capable partner Judy who quickly provides the inspection data in a concise and thorough format. I highly recommend them and I would certainly use them again for any of my own needs.
