Old Volks Restoration

Anytime my car starts acting up, it always seems to be perfect timing; right before I've planned to travel. The convenience of having it happen before a trip, rather than on the road, in the middle of nowhere, is something I have been quite thankful for. Mind you, I love my car and I want to trust the person repairing my car, both with their skills, and financially, of course! Both being things you want to take a little bit of time to look into. Having little time and living on the coast can cause enough hassle in times like these; options are very limited. Even while you are limited, though, you should still feel comfortable with whom you decide to go with. I have a pre-owned, 2003 VW Passat wagon. Last year, just before I had planned to move home, I had a few things go wrong with my car. With less than a handful of experienced Volkswagen mechanics in the area, I went with Old Volks Restoration in Waldport. As I was nervous to drive my car anywhere, they did a house call to diagnose my car. After which, they were able to get my car into the shop quickly and get the work done. Though, parts needed to be ordered, they did it quickly and did the work as soon as possible. They even went as far as to research the best possible prices for me. Not only did they do great work, they also did a thorough assessment of the work that needed to be done. Again, a year later, I am back in the area and I find myself in the same position: about to go on a trip with car repairs needed. From the minute I called Old Volks Restoration, they got right to ordering the parts needed, and two days later are getting my car into the shop to complete the repairs. They have been very hospitable, trustworthy, and courteous. Old Volks Restoration is a company I would strongly advise going to if your car is in need of repairs!
