Prompt, Courteous and reliable service. The service workers have always been friendly and kind, and the few interactions I've had with customer service have been efficient and resolved quickly.

Seven years ago we hired McKenzie Disposal to remove some wood debris from a job site, the total cost for this service was supposed to be around $200. After they removed the dumpster, we were shocked to get a bill for around $700! When we called, they said the home owner put a garden hose in the dumpster, so it was no longer wood debris, and they charge $500 more for garbage than they do wood. Rather than asking me to remove the garden hose, or spent five minutes themselves removing the garden hose they just decided to charge an extra $500. I called the owner and asked him why they did this, and he just offered to split the difference and only charge me $250. Okay, I'm still not happy but I appreciated the offer and promptly paid. Fast forward seven years, and I call to order another dumpster, and the owner tells me that for seven years he has been upset that he gave me a $250 credit, and that he will never again work with me again. Anyway, the guy seems to generally run a pretty disorganized and unprofessional business, if you have any other options I would suggest you use them.
