I was camping and locked my keys in my trailer. He arrived within minutes and had my trailer back open fast. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Locked my keys in the trunk of my car. Called spoke with the owner explained with convertible I had the lock feature activated so couldn't open the trunk release. A technician showed up and wasn't given the information I had given. It was determined key would have to be made. The technician said she would be back within 15- 20 minutes. Half hour later I called and was told by a very rude person they had 3 technicians working on getting the code and key made. I had asked any estimated time because I had to get headed home. I was told they could bring my lock for my door back and call somebody else. She said it will take as long as it takes. From the time I initially called and finally got my key that was made was almost 2 hours later. The technician that came out was very pleasant. Too bad the owner didn't have better customer service skills for listening and communicating.

Marty was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our place on a Saturday afternoon with no extra charge. His fee was very reasonable. He rekeyed our front door locks and provided new keys.
