We had several issues that needed work on a new place we purchased “as is”. A few trips by the plumbers were necessary to get the parts ordered, received and installed. Twice they were given the wrong parts, but they patiently reordered until everything arrived and they were able to install or repair everything very quickly. They kept us updated as progress was made and kept to the schedule when it was in their control. I highly recommend CMP plumbing. They are a very pleasant and professional group to work with. Had a broken water pipe. I started calling plumbers and they were all unavailable. I could not wait days for an appointment without water. Called CMP Plumbing. Person who answered phone was very nice and helpful. As soon as plumber finished another job he came right to my house and fixed the leaking water pipe. I am very happy with this company. Jerry went above and beyond fixing a roof vent. He was on time, professional and very reasonable. He was willing to travel way out of his area to fix our problem when no one else would. He was willing to climb a tall ladder when no one else would. I highly recommend CMP Plumbing!

I woke up this morning and the floor in my kitchen was slightly damp. Two hours later I was splashing around and I discovered that my water heater was leaking. My usual plumber was not available so I called CMP because they had a local number. The phone was immediately answered by a woman who was very accommodating and was able to arrange a replacement water heater and installation today. This evening I have a new, beautifully installed water heater. Jerry was very competent and communicated each of the steps he took for the replacement to make sure I understood. I highly recommend this service at the risk of losing access to them when they become too successful. Thank you CMP and Jerry for saving my bacon. Service: Boiler installation
