Gentle Dental West Linn - CLOSED

Terrible experience. Dentist at this location recommended twelve fillings which was a shock. I declined to have this work done, did my cleaning and left for the last time. We promptly found a new family dentist that recommended four fillings. Nearly two years passed. We received a random invoice from Gentle Dental with no description of services that were rendered. The first one that we received stated that we were "past due," but again did not tell us what services we received. That invoice was quickly sent to collections.

The West Linn location is closed without notice. When somebody takes time away from work and shows up for an appointment it can be very irritating when they didn't bother to make the phone calls to cancel their patients appointments. Value our time better. This also costs us money that could have been easily resolved with a call or email. You have the system in place as I received my appointment reminder.

The staff was amazing, so nice and friendly! My children who aren’t big fans of going said it was the best experience they had at the dentist. Highly recommend!

Best dentist office I have ever been to, I am extremely scared of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable sans safe Stacy is literally the best! And hands down for dentist is Dr. Herrera

This dental office used to be called Synergy Dental. They told me I had several cavities, while it turned out, by a reputable dentist professor, that they were shadows. Several fillings later it cost me a lot of money. Then they talked me into a crown but I wanted an inlay. I really regretted the crown and the dentist made it too tight. I had to keep coming back to correct it. They also removed perfectly perfect fillings claiming they had to be replaced but they did not. Now this office appears to be doing the same type of things as my friends and relatives who went there are telling me. Not sure if it the same people or not, they for sure had a reason to change the name. Do not go to this office. They will talk you into unnecessary treatments and are money grabbers.
