Providence Medical Group - West Linn (Closed)

I'm writing this review specifically for Dr Robert Eller DO whom I was his patient for 10 years or more down in the South OC area of California. He moved to Portland and I had to change doctors. My wife also changed over to him and was extremely satisfied with his approach to her. My point in writing this review is to share that open enrollment is here and my wife and regretted not having the option to choose Dr. Eller as our PCP.. You could not ask for a better doctor to diagnose, treat and sometimes refer you to the right specialist. We sure miss him. Good doctor and good person.

Absolutely the friendliest staff who got me in quickly after I contacted them for an appointment. The doctor I saw spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with my experience there. I'm sadly disappointed that my insurance has changed and I cannot see them anymore.

Dr. Eller and his staff are great. I am thankful he came to Oregon. Keep up the great care.

I don’t remember what the ladies name was that I saw there but she was very disrespectful. She asked invasive questions and I could tell she was judging me and she refused to give me a pregnancy test and I wound up going to urgent care and turned out to be pregnant. This place is a joke, or at least that lady is. She was very rude and was in it for the money. I don’t remember if it was this clinic or the other one in West Linn. I’m pretty sure it was this one.
