Such a blessing to have time with Dr. Dawn🙏🏼 I’m extremely grateful for having found her a few years back while on vacation and in deep pain. This year I booked two session with her while on vacation and was blessed with a third appointment due to a cancellation. I deeply appreciate Dr. Dawn’s healing abilities, gifts and care. I’ve been a chiropractic patient for forty five years. However, the treatments I’ve received from Dr. Dawn are beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in my life, amazing and grateful are the words that come to mind. I will make appointments anytime we are here on vacation. Those of you that live in this area are truly blessed to have such a bright and shining light as part of your community. So many beautiful things have happened in my life since I started working with Dr. Dawn, and I can feel that so much more is to come. My body, mind, and heart all feel a grounding, healing, and a deeper connection than I’ve ever felt before. Thank you Graceful Waves from the bottom of my heart, for providing all the profound work you are doing in the world, it is so important and impactful, I wish everyone could experience it!!!

This reviews has two parts: 1. Dr. Dawn’s spinal network care 2. Tatiana’s massage and healing work 1. Dr. Dawn’s spinal network care Extraordinary repair, healing and transformation of my body-mind into much greater well-being, presence and coherence. This is what I have experienced for the last two years under the wonderful loving and deeply skilled care of Dr. Dawn Sea Kahrs at Graceful Waves Wellness Center. I am not exaggerating in telling you that Dr. Dawn is capable of doing miracles, and I know that I’m not the only one who feels this way. Her subtlest of precise touches have caused remarkable positive shifts, reconnecting my bones, muscles, tissues and nervous system into greater connectivity and energy flow. Old trauma and injury leftovers that left me in pain and distress for most of my adult life caused me to seek out many health practitioners. I received benefit from all of them, but only while being under the expert care of Dr. Dawn have I experienced such significant repair and lasting lessening of symptoms. I can actually imagine a time, perhaps not long from now, where there will be no more painful remnants felt from my injuries. Wow. I had no idea before coming to Dr. Dawn that this could be a reality for me. And it’s not only my body that is being healed and uplifted each time I get an entrainment, but my whole being feels optimized every single time. This helps me to respond to all that life brings with much greater vitality, coherence, capability, strength and heart. This is even more appreciated at a time where we are facing such intensity and challenges on Earth. Add to that the loving kindness and wonderful humor of Lori, Dr. Dawn’s office manager, and the spectacularly beautiful new Wellness Center right on the Nehalem Bay, which radiates such healing energy within and without… well, for me this is really as good as it gets! I am so grateful. 2. Tatiana’s massage and healing work I recently had the fortune of receiving a series of Tatiana’s massages/healing treatments. They resulted in a noticeable increase in well-being and energy. I enjoyed many of her remarkable and effective healing tools (some of which she brought from Russia and are quite rare). Her treatments were way more than a nourishing relaxing massage. They included lymphatic support and detoxification, high quality essential oil treatments, hot stones and towels, energetic rebalancing, and the best facial massages ever (making me look 20+ years younger)! Tatiana has the ability to tune in to what is needed most, and is a true healer. I find her so lovely, kind and wise. She’s had a thriving healing practice in Portland for many years. What a gift that she joined the fabulous team at Graceful Waves Wellness Center. If you can do a 2-hour session with her, you’ll get the full works, but I've experienced the shorter sessions also as a big treat. In any case, highly recommended!

Sensational! Tatiana has some amazing techniques to get my body to relax and respond. I have always gone to deep tissue massages but what I learned about my body is that it doesn’t want to be bullied into submission, but instead, it likes to be listened to and gently persuaded to repair itself. I was able to release my day and just be in the moment entirely.

My massage experience with Tatiana was wonderful. It was clear to me in an hour and a half that she is a true healer. She had a variety of techniques, some of which were new to me that were very relaxing and helpful. I appreciated her listening to my body and individual needs, as well as taking the time at the start to discuss my health history with me. I feel like she works with the whole body, instead of just the musculoskeletal system. I enjoyed this holistic approach to a treatment. I will definitely return when I can.
