I had an older ACER notebook that i was going to scrap when I saw Steve's add, and gave him a chance to see what he might be able to do with it, which was a lot for the money, including replacing win 7 OS with Win 10 and new hard drive. A couple of weeks later I found that a lot of word files would not open with the new OS and Steve worked me in, until he fixed the problem which was not a simple fix (to me). One of the good things about him is that, he knows his stuff, in more complex problems. I would recommend him for simple tune up's to major repairs. Steve was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and he was able to fix my laptop within 24 hours of first talking with him. All the other local shops I called had at least a week turnaround time. He also charges a great fair price for the amount of time he devotes to you! I will definitely give him a call again if I need some computer repair or maybe to build a custom powerful PC for me.

I have used Steve for the past 5 or 6 years and he is very professional when doing any work for me. He has built and repaired my computer and helped me with all my problems. I have recommended him to all my friends and they are using him like I am. I highly recommend Steve.

Our home communications is little unique and he fixed it as if it was routine. Steve is personable, respectful of today's need for distancing cautions and charged more than a fair price. I called, he came and he conquered; THANK YOU!! Highly recommend.
