        This place is unresponsive to calls. I live in SE Portland and there are literally hundreds of shopping carts all over the street. I gave up reporting them to this place as well as to the retailers. No one seems to care.

        4 calls to pick up a shopping cart... and it's still there after almost 3 weeks. The automated voicemail transcribing feature is a joke. Why isn't there a website to report these?

        This place is a joke - they are unwilling to do their job. Multiple calls to the automated robot receptionist. Clear location, and call back numbers left. Never received a call back, or cart pickup.
