Pine Tree Apartments

Manager is poor, the last review couldn't have said it more perfectly. I would not recommend pine tree apartments to anyone unless maybe they got a new manager, I'm so glad I don't live there anymore

Awesome management, goes out of their way to make things work for everybody and listens to things that need done. Anybody saying poor management was either at fault or there were complicated circumstances not directly related to management.

Management is beyond unprofessional and quite frankly, the definition of heartless. They treat tenants they do not like horribly and will fight to evict those tenants in the interest of the tenants that are considered "friends". Management allows tenants that are favorites to take pictures of other tenants and their guests. Management also allows these favorites to walk around with guns on their hips in the presence of children and allows continued harassment to other tenants without consquence. Instead of handling situations ethically and professionally, management will fight to evict someone so that they will be homeless during a pandemic. It is sickening how someone will go out of their way to cause such harm to another human. It truly says a lot about the character of someone to do such acts while managing a low income apartment complex. If you are looking for somewhere to live, I truly encourage you to look elsewhere.
